Mulligan is still patiently waiting for his person. All he wants is someone to pet him, he doesn't mind other cats , doesn't fear dogs and doesn't seem to jump up on things (might be a balance issue from losing part of his tail). He is a very patient, loving cat who just wants to know he's loved - who needs this sweet guy in your life? 1 year old ( Added 10-22-26)
